Forum Terms of Use

PRINCIPLE OF MODERATION


Discussion forums are moderated. Moderators monitor and organise the discussions. Their role is not to censor but to verify that the comments made on the discussion forums remain polite, respectful and above all, conform with the applicable law. Moderators may delete:

  • Comments which breach applicable laws in France
  • Comments which infringe copyright, image rights and privacy rights.
  • Any request for assistance with hacking, as well as messages detailing an act of hacking
  • Comments with the obvious purpose of harming the forum
  • Comments which are unintelligible, off topic or posted in several discussions at once
  • Comments including addresses (including email addresses) or phone numbers
  • Sponsored links and links to advertisements
  • Comments of an insulting, violent or threatening nature, content that is shocking or detrimental to human dignity as well as comments that are racist, xenophobic or revisionist, that defend war crimes or that discriminate or incite hatred against a person or a group of people because of their origin, ethnicity, beliefs or way of life
  • Defamatory comments
  • Comments that are pornographic in nature or use child pornography

In accordance with Article 6 of the Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN) on the content produced by users as part of discussion forums:
  •  drust assumes no responsibility for the quality and legality of the content freely produced by users (texts, sounds, videos, graphics, photos or other),
  •  drust may, in accordance with its legal obligations, delete such content after a third party has asserted the illegality of the content concerned,
  •  in accordance with its legal obligations and at the formal request of the judicial authorities, drust will communicate  elements that enable the identification of users who contributed the content.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE


Our forums are spaces for discussion, exchange and mutual support. Users must remain polite and respect others' opinions. Participation in discussions should be without prejudice, without insults and use appropriate language.
When starting a discussion, it is important to post in the appropriate topic area. By avoiding being off-topic, there is a greater chance of receiving responses.
It is forbidden to publish a comment several times in different discussions. Comments can be deleted if they are posted repeatedly.


Users of the discussion boards are advised to be careful when deciding whether to include their email address or other personal information.
Discussions within the forums are archived.


DATA CONFIDENTIALITY


Drust guarantees the confidentiality of the data transmitted during registration for the forums.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6th January 1978, the user has the right to access, modify, correct and delete this data. Drust cannot be held responsible for the "spam" received by forum users who have decided to voluntarily publish their email address.
