You are stuck at the following screen:
This means that your device is correctly connected but has not paired with your smartphone via Bluetooth.
a. Turn off and on your smartphone and try again to launch your application. If the test is unsuccessful, proceed to the next step.
b. Go to the settings menu of your smartphone, Bluetooth section. If the drust car adapter is in the list, delete it. Turn the Bluetooth mode on again, launch your application. If nothing changes, proceed to the next step depending on your smartphone model.
c. ONLY FOR ANDROID SMARTPHONES - Go to your smartphone settings, "Applications" menu. Select the drust app, click "Force Stop" and then "Delete Data". Try again to connect to the device. If nothing happens, go to step "d".
c. ONLY FOR iOS SMARTPHONES - Double click quickly on the home button of your iPhone, find the drust app and close it by sliding your finger upwards. Try again to connect to the device from the app. If nothing happens, go to step "d".
Your also try to go the the settings of the app and click on “Connect to [enter here the SN of the car adapter]”. If nothing happens, go to step "d".
WARNING : “d” and “e” steps are only available if you already have completed the set up of your drust device.
d. Stay close from your car adapter connected to your vehicle in a 3G / 4G coverage or Wifi area. Go to the settings menu of your application. Select "Reboot drust". Wait until the device switches on. Try again to connect to the car adapter from the app. If nothing changes, please proceed to the next step.
e. Stay close from your car adapter connected to your vehicle in a 3G / 4G coverage or Wifi area. From your drust app, go to the settings. Click "Reset drust". Once this action is complete, click on "Connect to a new car adapter": Be aware that you will have to fill in your personal information again.
